WE ARE HIRING – PRODUCT MANAGER (DERMATOLOGY)

Rockmed Pharma Pvt. Ltd., a fast growing pharmaceutical company with pan-India operations, is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and experienced Product Manager to join our Dermatology Division.

💼 Position: Product Manager – Dermatology

📍 Location: New Delhi
🏢 Division: Dermatology & Cosmetology
💼 Experience: 5–7 years in Pharma Product Management, preferably in Dermatology

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies for dermatology products
• Prepare annual brand plans, product positioning and promotional strategies
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and prescription trend analysis
• Plan and execute new product launches and brand-building activities
• Develop effective visual aids, promotional inputs and scientific communication
• Conduct product training for the field sales team
• Coordinate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory and other cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with Dermatologists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Plan and support CMEs, conferences, doctor meetings and scientific programs
• Monitor product performance, sales trends and market opportunities

🎓 Candidate Profile

• B.Pharm / MBA in Marketing/Pharmaceutical Management preferred
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Pharma Marketing/Product Management
• Candidates with strong Dermatology/Derma-Cosmetology experience will be preferred must be willing to work 10-15 days in field.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Creative, energetic and capable of working independently
• Strong understanding of the Indian dermatology market will be an advantage
