To help us continue expanding our offerings, we are in search of a 3-5-year experienced Product Manager willing to work extensive in the field and will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product and an innovative mind set for filling them. This person should be a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release. We are looking for a confident person who can guide cross-functional teams in the creation of products that improve customer experience and grow market share.
JD of Product Manager
1. Brand & Product Management
• Develop annual marketing and brand plans. • Manage product lifecycle from launch to growth and maturity. • Analyze product performance and market trends. • Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategic actions.
2. Field Working
• The Product Manager will be required to undertake field working for approximately 10-15 days per month on a pan-India basis.
3. Marketing Strategy
• Design promotional campaigns for doctors, hospitals, and distributors. • Create marketing materials such as visual aids, brochures, digital content, and scientific literature. • Plan and execute CME programs, conferences, and product launches.
4. Market Research & Analysis
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats. • Gather customer insights from doctors, pharmacists, and sales teams. • Track prescription trends and sales data.
5. Sales Force Support
• Train sales representatives on product knowledge and positioning. • Develop sales tools and promotional inputs. • Work closely with regional sales teams to achieve targets.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate with medical affairs, regulatory, supply chain, and finance teams. • Ensure timely product availability and compliance with regulations.
7. Product Launch Management
• Develop launch strategy for new products. • Forecast demand and coordinate launch activities. • Monitor post-launch performance.
Education:
• B. Sc / B Pharma / MBA preferred in Marketing
