Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and management of pharmaceutical brands across domestic and global markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful product launches, strong analytical acumen, and the ability to drive brand growth through innovation, collaboration, and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide strategic direction for the product portfolio from pipeline evaluation to launch and lifecycle management. • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and sales forecasting to shape product and brand strategies. • Lead go-to-market planning, including pricing, positioning, and promotional strategy for domestic and international markets. • Manage P&L responsibility, ensuring brand profitability and business growth. • Collaborate closely with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of product strategies. • Develop and implement doctor engagement programs, KOL partnerships, and scientific communication initiatives. • Monitor brand performance metrics—market share, ROI, and brand equity—and initiate corrective measures where required. • Identify new business opportunities, including expansion into new therapies, geographies, and export markets. • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product management team, fostering creativity, accountability, and results.
Desired Candidate Profile: • Graduate / Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Marketing. MBA (Pharma/Marketing) preferred. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharma Product / Brand Management with reputed organizations. • Proven success in product launches across domestic and international markets. • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with sound understanding of portfolio profitability, pricing, and market intelligence. • In-depth knowledge of GMP, USFDA, EU, and CDSCO compliance in product lifecycle management. • Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, digital marketing, and analytical tools. • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • High business acumen with ability to interface effectively with senior management and global stakeholders.
