Core Responsibilities Market & Strategy: Conduct deep market, customer (HCPs, patients), and competitive analysis. Define product vision, brand strategy, positioning, and competitive differentiation. Develop product roadmaps, forecasts, and lifecycle plans. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Clinical, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Marketing, and Sales. Act as the central point for product-related inquiries and issue resolution. Marketing & Sales Enablement: Create marketing materials, promotional content, and product training for the sales force. Support key account management and participate in congresses/KOL meetings. Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure deep understanding and adherence to strict pharma regulations (FDA, etc.). Work with regulatory teams to manage product approvals and post-market requirements. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee pre-launch planning, successful product launches, and post-launch performance. Monitor customer satisfaction and market response, adapting strategy as needed
