Position Title: Product Executive / Senior Product Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage the branding, positioning, and lifecycle of assigned products.
Design and execute brand campaigns, including digital marketing strategies.
Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and sales patterns to improve brand performance.
Collaborate with sales, regulatory, supply chain, and creative teams for timely project delivery.
Conduct CMEs, doctor engagement programs, and participate in national medical conferences.
Lead training sessions for field staff on new product launches and campaigns.
Prepare business reviews, forecasts, and manage brand budgets.
Key Skills & Requirements:
B. Pharma / B.Sc. with MBA in Marketing.
2–4 years of experience in product management in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and strategic planning skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital campaign management.
