• Assist in the development and execution of annual brand plans and marketing strategies. • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and competitive trends. • Support lifecycle management strategies for assigned products. • Assist in designing, developing, and reviewing promotional materials (visual aids, digital content, brochures, detailing tools). • Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. • Ensure all promotional activities comply with regulatory and industry standards. • Gather and analyze market, competitor, and customer data (KOL feedback, sales data, prescription audits). • Conduct field visits to interact with healthcare professionals and gain first-hand market insights. • Monitor product performance and provide monthly reports and actionable insights. • Collaborate with the sales team to support product detailing, campaigns, and doctor engagement strategies. • Conduct training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, marketing campaigns, and scientific updates. • Develop and track sales tools effectiveness. • Coordinate with Supply Chain for demand forecasting and inventory management. • Work with the Medical Affairs team to ensure scientific accuracy of promotional content. • Align with Regulatory Affairs regarding approvals for claims, packaging, and communication. • Support the preparation and monitoring of brand budgets. • Track expenditures against approved budgets for marketing activities. • Manage timelines for campaigns, material development, and product events.
