Position Overview The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting pathology lab services, increasing patient inflow, building doctor networks, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities Business Development -Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and nursing homes for lab promotion -Generate leads and develop referral network -Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
Sales Target Achievement -Achieve monthly/quarterly targets -Increase test bookings and patient footfall -Track competitor activities
Marketing Activities -Conduct health camps and awareness drives -Handle digital promotions (WhatsApp, social media) -Distribute brochures and promotional materials
Client Handling -Resolve doctor and patient queries -Ensure service quality and satisfaction -Maintain follow-ups and client database
Experience -2–3 years experience in sales & marketing preferred -Healthcare/diagnostic /pathology experience is must -Freshers can also apply (based on skills)
Skills Required -Good communication & convincing skills -Basic knowledge of pathology services -Strong interpersonal skills -Field work readiness -Basic computer knowledge
Working Conditions -Field + office work -Local travel required -Flexible timings
Salary -■2–3 LPA (for experienced candidates)
