Job Details / Candidate Eligibility Criteria

We are looking for dynamic and self-driven individuals to join our Derma Division as Medical Representatives/Field Sales Officer based at Ludhiana and Jammu. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with dermatologists, and ensuring effective market coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote derma range of products to doctors, chemists, and stockists.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dermatologists and other key stakeholders.
Execute marketing strategies and campaigns effectively at the field level.
Ensure timely reporting of daily field activities and competitor information.
Manage secondary sales, stock availability, and timely order collection.

Desired Profile:
Graduate in any stream (Science/Pharmacy preferred).
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (any segment).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Must be based at Ludhiana and Jammu.
