We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager with a pharma background to lead our brand strategy, drive market expansion, and manage the lifecycle of nutritional products. Key Responsibilities As a Product Manager, you will be the "CEO of the Product Line- Pharma," overseeing everything from scientific conceptualization to market execution. Brand & Category Management: Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans to increase market share in the infant nutrition segment (Term, Pre-term, and Special Formula categories). New Product Development (NPD): Identify market gaps and lead the end-to-end development of new nutritional solutions, coordinating with R&D and regulatory teams of Infant Nutrition. Marketing Strategy: Formulate Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and annual marketing calendars to drive brand visibility and top-line growth. Content & Creative Development: * Design high-impact Visual Aids for Medical Representatives. (Pharma Product Detailer) Develop Leave Behind Literature (LBL), clinical monographs, and newsletters for pediatricians and neonatologists. Product Positioning: Define the USP (Unique Selling Proposition) and craft detailed FAB (Feature-Advantage-Benefit) statements for the Infant Nutrition portfolio to ensure scientific superiority in the field. Market Expansion: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new geographical or therapeutic territories for expansion. Required Candidate Profile Education: MBA in Marketing (preferred) with a background in B.Sc/B.Pharma or Nutrition. Experience: Proven experience in Product Management within the Infant Nutrition, Pediatric sectors. Skills: * Strong understanding of infant nutrition science and WHO code compliance. Excellent copywriting skills for medical and marketing communication. Analytical mindset to track ROI on marketing campaigns.
