Key Responsibilities of a PMT: • Brand Strategy and Development: Developing and implementing brand strategies, including promotional materials and technical literature. • Marketing and Sales: Formulating and executing marketing plans, managing sales promotions, and training the sales team. • Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify unmet needs, analyse competitors, and understand market dynamics. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring products comply with regulatory standards and safety regulations. • Product Launch and Management: Planning and executing brand launches, managing existing brands, and identifying opportunities for improvement. • Collaboration and Communication: Working with various departments, including clinical research, regulatory affairs, sales teams, and graphic teams to ensure a cohesive approach. • Financial Management: Managing budgets, forecasting sales, and tracking brand performance. • Team Management: Supervising and mentoring other PMT team members. • Monthly travel to meet core doctors, attend medical conferences, and do field work. • Knowledge of DMR/pharmaceutical regulations • Flexible to work as per pharma industry norms.
Required skills:
• Graduate or MBA from a recognized institution (preferably in science or pharma) • Minimum 3 years of experience • Strong knowledge of Pharmaceuticals products • Excellent communication skills • Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills • Good knowledge of PPT & Excel.
