Roles & Responsibilities – Product Executive:

Product Training – Conduct training sessions for Medical Representatives on product knowledge, communication skills, and objection handling also field visits for better market understanding

Campaign Execution – Ensure proper implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and input usage in the field.

Doctor Interaction – Collect feedback, identify potential prescribers, and support scientific communication.

Market Intelligence – Track competitor activities, prescription trends, and give timely updates to the marketing team.

Field Force Support – Motivate and guide field staff for better performance, target achievement, and brand visibility.
