Job Details / Candidate Eligibility Criteria

Prescription Generation & Business Development:
1. Ensure chemist RCPA to know Dr Rx Behavior of company as well as competitor brands
2. Ensure brand discussion as per RCPA/Dr Rx Behavior
3. Promote company brands in a scientific way
4. Persuading potential Drs to purchase company brands.
5. Identifying prospective Business opportunities for the company
6. Ensure brand focus as per Drs type (Rxber/Dispensing)
7. Ensure Bioderma Brands availability at imp chemist by visiting them regularly

Strategy & Processes Implementation
1. Ensure disciplined execution of sales and marketing strategies as per given timeline
2. Ensure to give feedback on marketing initiatives & scientific inputs
3. To adhere to company policies, processes.

Customer Relationship Management
1. To develop rapport with important KBL/KOL Drs to encourage repeat purchase of company brands & following up on leads generated by Marketing/Digital team
2. Ensure all DVL Drs KYC
3. Ensure A & B Class Dr Visits as per designed frequency
4. To celebrate all Drs birthday
5. Ensure 6 Drs Visits in a day,3 Chemist Visit in a day, Stockiest visit once in a week
6. Identify and develop new Drs
7. To develop productive relationship with Drs

Data Management
1. Ensure live reporting of Drs & Chemist Visits
2. To send dispensing Dr orders on time
3. To ensure weekly, monthly sales analysis, Sales calculations of dispensing/non dispensing Drs & chemist sales as per given weekly/monthly aspirational projection
4. To ensure weekly, monthly data submission as per given timeline
5. To prepare data/ppt for weekly and monthly review
6. To ensure expense submission on or before the timeline
