- Generate orders for generic pharmaceutical products from chemists, clinics, hospitals, and doctors in the assigned territory. - Visit doctors and chemists regularly to promote company products and develop business relationships. - Ensure product availability and increase secondary sales through chemist networks. - Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth as assigned by the company. - Develop new customers and strengthen existing customer relationships. - Collect market feedback, competitor information, and update management regularly. - Ensure proper stock availability with distributors/stockists. - Submit daily call reports (DCR), tour programs, and sales reports to reporting manager. - Conduct promotional activities to increase product awareness and sales. - Follow company policies and maintain professional conduct in the market.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream (Pharma/Science preferred). - Experience in pharmaceutical or generic medicine sales preferred. - Strong communication and convincing skills. - Ability to achieve sales and order booking targets. - Willingness to travel in assigned territory.
