Medical Representatives – Job Description:
🎯 Core Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Conduct product presentations and detailing to doctors and pharmacists.
Achieve sales targets within assigned territory.
Schedule regular visits to existing and potential clients.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Maintain accurate records of daily visits and submit timely reports.
Organize and participate in medical conferences and promotional events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduation in any stream.
0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (freshers can apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role.
Familiarity with the healthcare and pharma market in the region.
MBA in Marketing.
