Amar Products is hiring a Medical Representative (MR) to promote the company’s pharmaceutical brands in the assigned territory through regular doctor, chemist, stockist, and hospital visits. The role supports a traditional prescription-driven growth model with in-house MRs, doctor engagement, distributor coordination, and compliant retail visibility. Key Responsibilities:- • Promote company products to doctors, chemists, hospitals, and distributors in the assigned territory. • Generate prescriptions through regular scientific detailing and relationship building with healthcare professionals. • Ensure product availability by coordinating with stockists, distributors, and retailers. • Achieve monthly sales, prescription generation, and collection targets set by the company. • Conduct daily field visits and submit call reports, doctor feedback, and market intelligence to the ASM. • Support product launches, retail branding, and local promotional activities as permitted under company policy. • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, doctor preferences, and trade movement in the territory. Requirements • Graduate in any discipline; B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc, or relevant science background preferred. • 1–5 years of experience in pharma / healthcare / ethical sales preferred. • Strong communication, convincing ability, relationship-building skills, and willingness to travel extensively. • Good local market knowledge and ability to work independently in the field. • Basic reporting discipline and familiarity with Excel, WhatsApp, or simple CRM tools. Preferred Profile • Experience covering doctors, chemists, and stockists in a defined territory. • Exposure to prescription generation and territory development in ethical pharma. • Self-driven, target-oriented, and committed to disciplined field execution.
