Role Overview:
The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting Glenmark’s products to doctors and healthcare professionals, managing the assigned territory, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote company products by effectively communicating scientific and product information to doctors.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through planned doctor coverage and territory management.
- Maintain regular interaction with doctors, chemists, stockists, and hospitals.
- Execute tour plans, submit daily activity reports, and support product launches and campaigns.
- Track competitor activities and gather market insights.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: B.Sc / B. Pharmacy B.Tech (Mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales orientation, planning ability, customer focus, and integrity
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
