Role Overview
The Field Sales Officer (FSO) will be responsible for driving business growth in the assigned territory by effectively promoting dermatology products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with doctors, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory
  • Promote Glenmark’s Derma product portfolio to dermatologists and relevant healthcare professionals
  • Develop and maintain strong doctor and chemist relationships
  • Ensure effective product detailing and scientific communication
  • Execute company strategies and marketing campaigns in the territory
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular feedback
  • Ensure availability and visibility of products at retail and stockist levels
  • Maintain proper reporting through CRM or company-defined systems
Eligibility Criteria
Education:

B.Pharma / B.Sc / BE / B.Tech (mandatory)

Experience:
  • 1–2 years of Pharma Sales experience (preferred, especially in Derma segment)
  • Candidates must currently be working with reputed/top pharma companies
  • Freshers can also apply (with strong aptitude for sales)
