Job Responsibilities:
• This position is responsible for managing administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
• The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
• Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
• Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
• Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax
• Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making
• Verification Reconciliation of monthly payroll
• Calculation and deposit of monthly liability of TDS on salaries
• Responsible of publishing monthly Payroll Dashboard
• Understand the manpower requirements and conduct walk in interviews for hiring.
• Source potential candidates within timelines and maintain a database of the same.
• Conduct interviews online and offline and facilitate hiring of appropriate talent to meet requirements.
• Negotiate and discuss salary with selected candidates
• Prepare and issue offer letters to selected candidates.
• Ensure proper background verification for selected candidates.
• Timely update Recruitment MIS.
• Conduct joining and induction process of new hires and ensure that the required orientation programs are provided in a timely manner.
• Issue Appointment letters, Appraisal forms etc.
• Ensure proper completion of the joining process.
• Check and collect all necessary documents as per checklist, follow up & ensure that any pending documents (if any) are collected.
• To check all statutory components (Legal Compliance, PF, ESIC, Bonus, PT,) are compiled and ensure timely payment of the same.
• To check and ensure that TDS deductions are compiled as per government norms.
• To work closely with Finance team to communicate and ensure required cheque payments for payroll processing.
• To resolve any discrepancies in pay out and answer queries.
