To manage end-to-end talent acquisition for pharmaceutical sales roles by partnering with business stakeholders and ensuring timely, quality hiring aligned with organizational growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for pharma sales positions including Medical Representatives, ASM, RSM, ZSM, and other field roles
Understand manpower requirements and execute sales hiring plans in line with business targets
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors, social media, and internal databases
Coordinate with Sales Heads and Business Leaders for requirement validation, interview scheduling, and final selection
Manage interview processes, feedback closure, offer roll-out, and candidate negotiations
Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of new hires
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and dashboards for management reporting
Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent pipeline
Work closely with HR Operations for documentation and joining formalities
Support attrition control through effective hiring and stakeholder coordination
Eligibility Criteria
4–5 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong exposure to sales hiring / field force recruitment
Hands-on experience with bulk hiring and lateral hiring
Good understanding of pharma sales structures and hierarchy
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
