Position: Group Product Manager Location: Delhi Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned product portfolio • Manage product lifecycle, including launch planning and performance tracking • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities • Work closely with the sales team to drive product performance and achieve targets • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, CMEs, and marketing activities • Monitor brand performance • Lead training programs on product portfolio and therapy segments for the sales team. • Develop training materials, visual aids, and product presentations Eligibility Criteria: o Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA (Marketing preferred) o Experience: 4–8 years in pharmaceutical marketing. o Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and training skills Key Skills: Brand management Strategic planning Market analysis Team management Training & development Communication & presentation skills
