Job Summary
The Group Product Manager (GPM) will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy, product lifecycle management, and business growth for the Nephrology and Urology portfolio. The role requires close collaboration with sales, medical, and regulatory teams to drive brand performance, increase market share, and strengthen the company’s position in the specialty therapy segments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Portfolio Management
Develop and implement marketing strategies for Nephrology and Urology product portfolio.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from launch planning to growth and maturity.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and therapy landscape.
2. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Prepare annual marketing plans, brand plans, and promotional strategies.
Develop promotional materials including visual aids, campaign concepts, and digital marketing tools.
Plan and execute product launches and brand campaigns.
3. Sales Support & Field Engagement
Work closely with sales teams, RSMs, and product managers to achieve business targets.
Conduct cycle meetings, product training programs, and sales strategy sessions.
Provide market insights and tactical support to improve field performance.
4. KOL & Scientific Engagement
Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Nephrology and Urology.
Organize CMEs, conferences, and scientific meetings.
Support medical and clinical discussions related to therapy areas.
5. Market Intelligence
Track competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
Conduct market research and therapy analysis to identify growth opportunities.
6. Budget & Performance Management
Manage marketing budgets and promotional spend.
Monitor brand performance, sales growth, and ROI on marketing initiatives.

Qualification

Experience
8–12 years in pharmaceutical marketing
Minimum 3–4 years experience in Product Manager / Senior Product Manager role
Prior experience handling Nephrology or Urology products is mandatory.
