The Product & Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for the sales force. The role also involves managing product-related activities to ensure the team is well-equipped with the latest product information and market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for field force to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and compliance.

Conduct engaging medical, marketing, and sales strategy sessions for the assigned brands.

Manage and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness before each batch.

Assess and evaluate trainees based on predefined parameters and provide constructive feedback.

Organize activities and initiatives aimed at improving the skills and performance of the sales team.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to stay updated on new product launches, features, and market trends.

Prepare detailed reports on training sessions, trainee progress, and training effectiveness.

Partner with the business team to design and implement training strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Manage administrative formalities related to training programs and product documentation.

Qualifications:

M. Pharm /Pharm D

Proven experience in sales training, product management, or a related role within the healthcare/biotech industry

Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to assess training needs and develop targeted training solutions

Result-oriented with a strategic mindset

Proficiency in MS Office and training management tools
