Job description 1. Raw Material & In-Process Quality Control
Inspect and test raw materials, packaging materials, and in-process components.
Ensure that materials conform to approved specifications.
Perform sampling as per SOPs and maintain batch traceability.
2. Finished Product Testing
Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of finished dental products (e.g., dental composites, impression materials, prosthetic components, etc.).
Ensure compliance with CE marking, ISO 13485 standards, and other applicable regulations. Evaluate and document test results in QC logs and batch records.
3. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain and update QC documentation including test protocols, results, and reports. Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory documentation standards (cGMP, ISO, etc.).
Support batch release processes by preparing Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and quality reports.
4. Equipment Handling & Calibration Operate and calibrate lab instruments such as pH meters, viscometers, analytical balances, and spectrophotometers.
Maintain proper logs for calibration and preventive maintenance.
5. Non-Conformance & Corrective Action
Identify quality issues, deviations, or non-conformities during inspection or testing. Support root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective/preventive actions.
6. Coordination
Coordinate with Production, QA, R&D, and Warehouse teams to maintain quality throughout the production chain. Assist during audits (internal, regulatory, or customer audits).
