Roles & Responsibilities Shift Incharge/Production Supervisor
11. To issue batch manufacturing records (BMRs), Batch packing records (BPRs) for execution of the production plan.
2. To generate requisition for raw and packing materials, analysis and finished product transfer in SAP.
3. To ensure adequate quantity of raw materials and packing materials are available at the site to ensure timely completion of the manufacturing plan.
4. To prepare, review, revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
5. To complete documentation I.e. BMR, BPR online
6. To issue standard operating procedures, equipment usage logs, protocol and reports for validation and qualification.
Roles & Responsibilities Operators.
1. To operate and clean vibrosifters, lifting and positioning devices, weighing balances, RLAFs , RMG, FBD, bellows, filters and blenders as per the procedures described in the respective SOPs.
2. To clean process area and ancillary areas as per the instructions mentioned in the respective SOPs.
3. To inspect sieves, finger bags for integrity and cleanliness as per the SOPs.
4. To write observation concurrently in BMR and BPR during manufacturing.
5. To maintain equipment, furniture and areas in department in neat, clean and good state of repairs,
