Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned products. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Plan and execute brand promotional campaigns in collaboration with sales teams. Prepare marketing collaterals, product brochures, and training material. Work closely with sales, medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams. Monitor brand performance through regular field interactions and secondary data analysis. Organize CMEs, conferences, product launches, and other marketing events. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic areas, market trends, and customer insights.
Key Requirements: B.Pharm / B.Sc. (Life Sciences)/Microbiologist with MBA in Marketing (preferred). 1–6 years of experience in PMT / Product Management in the Pharma industry. Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel). Willingness to travel for fieldwork and customer interactions.
