Department PMT Location Mumbai Reporting To General Manager No. of Direct Reports 6 Role Purpose 1. Planning and developing the marketing strategy for products of division assigned 2. Sales Analysis and follow up 3. New product identification and new launch 4. Carrying out brand building activities and developing customer relationship 5. Brief and train the field force 6. Analyzing market trends & creating winning marketing strategies 7. Input Planning and liaise with advertising agency for print literature
Key Responsibilities 1. All report s analysis (Weekly/Admin/Sales) 2. Developing new marketing strategy for products 3. Communicating product campaign to field force 4. Training new PSR’s, training on product detailing 5. Sales closing follow up 6. Input planning and follow up of disbursement of the same 7. Coordinating with advertising agency for print literature 8. Monthly field work
Key Activities
1. Various report analysis and presenting the same 2. Misc. communication to field force regarding sales, performance, inputs, product campaign etc. 3. Preparing questionnaire for products activities. 4. Monthly sales analysis with comparison over last year sales. 5. Month end follow up for sales closing figure 6. Maintaining dispatch details of various inputs brand wise 7. Field work for analyzing current market trends and competitors analysis 8. Checking of WAG, dr. coverage, managers’ report 9. Any other PMT’s incidental work as per requirement Functional Knowledge / Skills:
