Product Manager – Women’s Health

Job Summary

The Product Manager – Women’s Health will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for the company’s Women’s Health / Gynaecology product portfolio. The role involves brand management, market analysis, promotional campaign planning, and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Management

Develop and execute brand strategies for Women’s Health products.

Manage the product lifecycle including planning, positioning, and growth strategies.

Monitor brand performance and sales trends.

2. Marketing Strategy

Prepare annual brand plans, marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns.

Develop visual aids, promotional materials, and digital marketing tools for field teams.

Plan product launches and promotional activities.

3. Sales Team Support

Coordinate with sales teams and regional managers to drive product performance.

Conduct product training sessions and cycle meetings.

Provide market insights to improve field effectiveness.

4. Market Analysis

Track competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.

Conduct market research and analyze prescription trends in the Women’s Health segment.

5. KOL Engagement

Build relationships with Gynecologists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Organize CME programs, doctor meetings, and scientific events.

6. Budget Management

Manage brand budgets and promotional spending effectively.

Track ROI on marketing initiatives.

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of Women’s Health / Gynaecology therapy area

Brand management and marketing strategy

Market research and competitive analysis

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Cross-functional coordination with sales and medical teams

Qualification

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Sciences graduate

MBA in Marketing / Pharmaceutical Management preferred

Experience

4–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing

Prior experience handling Women’s Health / Gynaecology products preferred
