Roles and Responsibilities • The candidate will be based in Ahmedabad and will be responsible for overseeing the Marketing and Product Management Team (PMT) functions within the CNS (Central Nervous System) segment. • Lead the launch of new products while also working to strengthen existing brands. • A strong background and deep knowledge of the CNS segment is essential for this role. • The candidate will collaborate closely with Field Managers and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination. • They will be tasked with developing and implementing innovative promotional strategies, requiring a high level of creativity. • The role includes designing communication and promotional strategies for various brands within the organization. • The candidate will focus on customer-oriented campaigns and special activities, particularly for high-priority products. • Planning campaigns and special activities for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and conducting monthly/quarterly brand reviews and monitoring will also be part of the role. • The candidate will be expected to conduct fieldwork to assess and evaluate the implementation of marketing strategies. • Coordination with all support functions to ensure the effective execution of marketing strategies is a key responsibility. • Experience in managing a marketing team within PMT to meet business objectives is required.
Desired Candidate Profile • B. Pharma or B.sc and MBA in Marketing 6-8 yrs in Pharma Sales and Marketing out of 2-3 yrs as Assistant Product Manager/ Product Manager handling CNS Segment . • He/she should be creative, innovative & effective in man management. Should have good knowledge of CNS segment. • Openness to travel for work (Minimum 10-15 days per month)
