• Assist in development and execution of marketing strategies for assigned brands • Conduct product lifecycle management and competitor analysis • Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities • Develop promotional inputs such as visual aids, leave-behinds, MR inputs, etc. • Coordinate with design agencies for marketing materials • Ensure timely execution of campaigns and product launches • Work closely with the sales team to understand field requirements • Provide training inputs and product knowledge to field force • Track sales performance and suggest corrective actions • Conduct regular market research and competitor tracking • Analyse prescription trends and sales data • Prepare monthly and quarterly product performance reports
