Role will involve overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of Pharmaceutical products. Your Key responsibilities will likely include: •Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals. •Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitors and trends. •Define short-term and long-term roadmaps for product portfolios. •Work with R&D and regulatory teams for new product formulations. •Analyze feasibility, cost and market demand for new product launches. •Ensure compliance with drug regulations and certifications. •Define Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) for products. •Develop marketing strategies, campaigns and sales training for brand success. •Work with creative teams for packaging, promotional materials and digital assets. •Support the sales team with detailed product knowledge and strategies. •Develop doctor engagement plans, KOL programs and CME initiatives. •Identify new territories, segments and distribution opportunities. •Analyze pricing models, cost structures and profit margins. •Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining strong brand value. •Monitor prescription trends, competitor activities and sales reports.
