Job Details / Candidate Eligibility Criteria

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Sales Officer to drive sales for our Oncology in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and a proven track record of working with top-listed pharma companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Oncology or Super Specialty products (Neuro, Nephro) to healthcare professionals and institutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and key stakeholders.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Conduct product presentations and ensure effective communication of product benefits.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Graduate in Science / Pharmacy or equivalent.
Experience: 3–6 years in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in Oncology or Super Specialty segments.
Currently working with top-listed pharma companies in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of the Surat market and established network with healthcare professionals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
