*About the Role*
We are hiring Male & Female Medical Representatives for Siwan HQ. The MR will be responsible for promoting company products to doctors, chemists, and hospitals in the assigned territory, ensuring consistent growth and brand visibility.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals & pharmacies in Siwan HQ regularly as per tour plan
- Detail company products, share samples/literature, and generate prescriptions
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely collection from stockists
- Conduct RCPA and maintain updated doctor list & chemist list
- Submit daily call reports and work reports to the reporting manager
- Attend team meetings, cycle meetings, and product training sessions
- Ensure availability and visibility of products at retail counters

*Eligibility Criteria*
- *Experience:* Minimum 2 years as Medical Representative in same HQ, Siwan
- *Gender:* Male & Female can apply, *female candidates will be preferred*
- *Education:* Graduate in any discipline, http://B.Sc/B.Pharma/D.Pharma preferred
- *Skills:* Good communication, convincing skills, basic product knowledge, bike with valid DL
- *Traits:* Passionate, confident, target-oriented, ready to grow in pharma field
