Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and dynamic professionals to join our sales team as Area Business Manager (ABM) in Purnea and Territory Business Manager (TBM) in Kishanganj. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, proven leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales targets and business objectives for the assigned territory.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance market presence and growth.
3. Manage, guide, and motivate the field force to achieve individual and team goals.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, distributors, and key stakeholders.
5. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
6. Ensure effective product promotion and brand visibility.
7. Regularly review team performance and provide necessary training and development.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as an ABM in the pharmaceutical industry.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.

4. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
5. Candidates currently working in Pharma Sales will be given preference.
