Role: TSO (Territory Sales Officer) Reporting to: ABM (Area Business Manager) Location: Goa (Panjim) JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of this role is to execute the sales strategy by meeting and exceeding the sales targets and patient acquisition through doctor prescription. Job Roles and Responsibilities: • Promote assigned products to Registered Medical Practitioner, Chemist, Wholesaler who by license can prescribe, recommend, dispense or store pharmaceutical products as legally permitted in the Territories & as per the list agreed between Service provider. • Plan the business and drive product promotion in the assigned territory of operations. • Conduct therapy shaping and patient awareness program in the assigned area of operations • Report day to day activities as per promotional policies. • Maintain reporting in digital tools.
Eligibility and selection criteria: • Graduation in Science, pharmacy or paramedical field. • Minimum 6 Months of experience of sales/sales promotions in pharma field handling Doctors / Hospitals / Paediatricians. • Willing to travel • Good Communication skills - influence stakeholders • Tech Savvy – MS office (Excel), expertise in mobile application usage & training • Freshers with science background can apply
