About the Role We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Medical Representatives (MRs) to join our growing team in Tamil Nadu. The selected candidates will play a key role in driving prescription-based sales, building strong relationships with doctors and chemists, and ensuring effective implementation of our marketing strategies in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territories. * Promote the company’s pharmaceutical brands to doctors, chemists, and stockists through regular field visits. * Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and distributors. * Ensure effective implementation of brand strategies, promotional campaigns, and CMEs. * Maintain doctor call averages and ensure adequate market coverage as per company norms. * Collect market feedback, competitor intelligence, and share insights with the ASM. * Ensure timely submission of reports, prescriptions audit, and adherence to reporting protocols. * Maintain ethical conduct and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Candidate Profile * Education: Graduate in Pharmacy, Science, or Life Sciences (mandatory). * Experience: 0–5 years in pharmaceutical sales; fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply. * Track Record: Candidates with prior experience in Tamil Nadu market preferred.
