Hiring for Territory Sales Executive Executive/ Manager for Waypham India Pvt Ltd.
HQ-Central & South Mumbai
English com skill is mandatory
Qualifications: B. Pharm / B.SC/MBA.
6months-3 Years Field(sales) experience preferably in pharma or Ophthalmic companies.
Sales target achievements - monthly/quarterly / Yearly for Volume, growth & productivity.
Implementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by RSM/PMT
Ensure complete compliance of distribution processes & activities i.e. maintaining adequate inventories at the distributor level, the timely placing of distributor orders, timely payment follow up
Ensure daily doctors, chemists and distributors call as per the norms fixed by management.
Daily retail audit and updating data for developing profiled customer list of territory.
Developing KOLs - IWay Doctors, customers conversions for expanding MS and revenues.
Daily reporting THROUGH CBO ERP
Coordinating & organizing round table meetings and other CRM activities as per plan.
