The Role
As a Medical Sales / Marketing Executive, your primary focus will be driving growth and awareness for our core diagnostic services: MRI, CT Scan, Digital X-Ray, and Ultrasound (USG). You will act as the face of Raj Scanning Limited, building robust relationships with clinicians, hospitals, and healthcare institutions across Lucknow.
Key Responsibilities
Doctor Referral Management: Regular field visits to build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with leading Physicians, Orthopedics, Neurologists, Gynecologists, and General Practitioners in Lucknow.
Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the technological advantages, accuracy, and quick turnaround time of our high-end MRI, CT, X-Ray, and Ultrasound modalities.
Market Expansion: Identify and map new clinics, nursing homes, and corporate clients to expand our corporate ties and patient pipeline.
Feedback & Strategy: Act as a bridge between referring doctors and our medical/radiology teams to ensure excellent service quality and smooth report delivery.
Competitor Analysis: Track market trends, identify competitive pricing structures, and suggest growth campaigns.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or diagnostic center business development. (Experience in Radiology/Imaging sales is a big plus).
Territory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Lucknow’s medical landscape, major hospital hubs, and key doctor localities (e.g., Alambagh, Gomti Nagar, Chowk, Hazratganj).
Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Hindi. Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily field visits.
