We are seeking a dynamic and result‑oriented Field Sales Officer to strengthen our Dermatology business in the Kanpur territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving prescription generation, achieving sales targets, and building long‑term professional relationships with healthcare professionals, while representing the company with high standards of integrity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and generate demand for the company’s dermatology portfolio within the assigned territory
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives in line with business goals
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with Dermatologists, Cosmetologists, and General Practitioners
Conduct effective product detailing and scientific communication
Ensure optimal doctor coverage, frequency, and territory planning
Identify key prescribers and implement brand‑building initiatives
Strengthen relationships with chemists, stockists, and distributors to ensure product availability
Execute promotional campaigns and marketing strategies as directed by management
Monitor and report market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Maintain accurate and timely reporting including DCRs, sales data, and expense statements
Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and ethical standards
Candidate Profile
Experience
1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical field sales, preferably with reputed/top listed pharma companies
Candidates from any therapy area are eligible to apply
Fresh graduates with relevant educational qualifications and strong sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply
Educational Qualifications
B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Tech
Candidates with a science or pharmacy background will be preferred
