Job Objective: He should be responsible for overseeing the sales operation of our company in a particular geographical area.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree B.Sc /B.Com/B.Pharm.

Experience: Minimum 4-6years experience in Pharmaceutical Industry as a Medical Representative in a single company, handling the General, Gynae and Pediatric product baskets.(Local candidate preferred)

Job Responsibilities
o He is responsible for the implementing, Company's Sales Strategy.
o He is responsible for the Target Objectives of the assigned to him -Area Objective,Territory Objective, and Volume Objective month and product to product.
o On the Job Training of the Sales Team.
o Core Doctors Relationship.
o Monitoring, Controlling, Guiding to the Sales Team.
o Depot and Retail Management.
o Conduct the Product campaigning- Symposium, OPD Campaign, CME, etc
o Retention Management.
o Feedback Handling.
