Job Title: Field Sales Officer / Medical Representative (Dermatology Segment)
Location: Delhi/ Ludhiana/ Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and generate demand for Glenmark Dermatology products among dermatologists, skin specialists, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, scientific discussions, and product detailing.
• Execute marketing strategies and campaigns as per company guidelines.
• Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and growth objectives.
• Organize CMEs, doctor engagement programs, and other promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide timely feedback to the reporting manager.
• Ensure effective distribution and availability of products at chemist counters.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, prescriptions, and field activities through reporting tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Qualification: Graduate in Science / Pharmacy. (Freshers with Science background may also apply).
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in Pharma Sales (Dermatology experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Target-oriented mindset with passion for sales and patient care.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
