To promote and generate prescriptions for dermatology products by building strong professional relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, clinics, and pharmacies, while achieving assigned sales targets ethically and effectively.
Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Promotion
Promote company’s dermatology products to dermatologists, cosmetologists, and skin clinics.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Ensure consistent prescription generation through scientific product detailing.
Execute promotional strategies as per company guidelines.
2. Doctor & Chemist Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, hospitals, and key clinics.
Ensure product availability at chemist and stockist level.
Conduct regular chemist visits to ensure secondary sales.
3. Product Knowledge & Detailing
Maintain in-depth knowledge of dermatology products, compositions, indications, and USPs.
Conduct effective product presentations using visual aids and scientific data.
Handle doctor queries confidently and professionally.
4. Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and schemes.
Provide regular market feedback to reporting manager.
Identify new business opportunities and high-potential doctors.
5. Reporting & Compliance
Submit daily call reports, tour plans, and sales reports on time.
Follow company SOPs, compliance policies, and ethical marketing practices.
Maintain accurate records of doctor coverage and visits.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate (B.Sc / B.Pharm / B.Com / Any Graduate)
Experience:
1–5 years experience as MR in Dermatology (preferred)
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
