Achieve sales targets for Respiratory or Any Segment portfolio in the assigned territory.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), hospitals, and distributors.

Drive prescription generation and ensure effective product positioning in the market.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the management team.

Conduct regular field visits, ensure coverage of doctors and chemists as per company norms.

Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to maximize brand visibility.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Strong knowledge of Respiratory or Any segments.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a team of Medical Representatives (if applicable).

Proficiency in territory management and data-driven decision-making.

Graduate in Science / Pharmacy (preferred).

1–4 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales.

Currently employed with a top listed pharma company.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
