Sales & Market Development
Achieve assigned sales targets for the dermatology portfolio
Generate prescriptions through effective doctor engagement
Ensure product availability at pharmacies and through stockists
Identify and develop new doctors/clinics in the assigned territory
Doctor Engagement
Conduct regular field visits to dermatologists, cosmetologists, and clinics
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors
Deliver product presentations and communicate key product benefits
Support clinic-level promotional activities
Territory Management
Execute daily call plans and maintain required call averages
Track and report daily field activities (DCRs)
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
Expand territory coverage and increase brand reach
Channel Coordination
Coordinate with stockists/distributors for smooth product supply
Ensure no stock-outs and maintain consistent secondary sales
Key Requirements
Qualification
B.Pharm / B.Sc / B.Tech
Experience
1–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
