Role Overview:
The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting Glenmark’s products to doctors and healthcare professionals, managing the assigned territory, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote company products by effectively communicating scientific and product information to doctors.
Achieve monthly sales targets through planned doctor coverage and territory management.
Maintain regular interaction with doctors, chemists, stockists, and hospitals.
Execute tour plans, submit daily activity reports, and support product launches and campaigns.
Track competitor activities and gather market insights.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: B.Sc / B. Pharmacy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales orientation, planning ability, customer focus, and integrity
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
