(MR) Medical Representative for Dermatology at Ludhiana HQ in Glenmark Pharma

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to join our Derma based at Ludhiana HQ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling dermatology products to healthcare professionals, driving business growth, and ensuring strong customer relationships in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell dermatology products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare institutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Conduct regular visits to doctors and pharmacies to ensure product availability and visibility.

Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities effectively.

Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:

1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (any therapy) with top-listed pharma companies.

Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are also welcome.

Education: Graduate in Science/Pharmacy
