Role Overview:

As a Field Sales Officer you will be responsible for promoting Glenmark’s products to doctors and healthcare professionals, managing the assigned territory, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Promote company products by effectively communicating scientific and product information to doctors.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through planned doctor coverage and territory management.
  • Maintain regular interaction with doctors, chemists, stockists, and hospitals.
  • Execute tour plans, submit daily activity reports, and support product launches and campaigns.
  • Track competitor activities and gather market insights.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines.
  
  
  Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: B.Sc / B. Pharmacy B.Tech (Mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales orientation, planning ability, customer focus, and integrity
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
