Role Overview:
We are seeking a young, energetic, and performance-driven Field Sales Officer to join our Dermatology business. The role involves promoting Derma products, building strong doctor relationships, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Glenmark’s Dermatology product portfolio to dermatologists and other healthcare professionals
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists
- Execute marketing strategies and campaigns effectively
- Conduct regular field visits and ensure product visibility
- Gather market intelligence and track competitor activities
- Maintain accurate reporting and compliance with company guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (any therapy)
- Freshers with strong potential and aptitude for sales are also encouraged to apply
Preferred Background:
Currently working with reputed/top pharmaceutical companies
Qualification:
B.Pharm/ B.Sc/ B.E / B.Tech
Age Criteria: Candidates must be below 30 years of age
