We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented
Field Sales Officer for our Dermatology segment, based at
Vijayawada HQ. The role involves promoting dermatology products, building strong relationships with dermatologists and trade partners, and achieving consistent sales growth in the assigned territory. Candidates with 1–2 years of pharma sales experience from top listed pharma companies across any therapy area, as well as enthusiastic freshers, are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and generate demand for the company’s dermatology product portfolio within the assigned territory
Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, general practitioners, chemists, and stockists
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Plan and execute daily field visits, product detailing, and follow-up activities
Implement brand-building initiatives, CMEs, and promotional campaigns as per company strategy
Ensure proper coverage, frequency, and quality of calls
Collect and submit daily call reports, sales reports, and market feedback
Track competitor activities and share market intelligence with the reporting manager
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines
Candidate Profile
Experience
1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (any therapy area)
Candidates currently working with top listed pharma companies will be preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to work in field sales can also apply
