Job Details / Candidate Eligibility Criteria

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Officer for our Derma segment based in Puducherry/ Pondicherry. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of pharma sales experience in leading or top-listed pharma companies. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales from B.Pharm/B.Sc backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Promote the company's dermatology product range to Dermatologists, Physicians, and relevant medical professionals.
Conduct field visits, meet doctors, and drive prescription generation.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.
Execute brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and product detailing.
Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Regularly track competitor activities and share market insights with the team.
Maintain daily call reports, doctor lists, and territory records.
Participate in CMEs, doctor engagement programs, and local marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Education:

B.Pharm / B.Sc (mandatory)

Experience:

1–2 years in Pharma Sales, preferably in Dermatology or any specialty
