We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Field Sales Officer (FSO) for our Derma division based in
Pondicherry. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in pharma sales with any therapy area and currently working in a top listed pharmaceutical company.
Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in dermatology can also apply.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and market derma products to Dermatologists, Physicians, and relevant healthcare professionals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
Conduct product presentations, CMEs, and regular field visits.
Ensure availability and visibility of products at retail and distributor levels.
Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Maintain and submit daily call reports, tour plans, and other sales documentation.
Drive brand awareness and support marketing initiatives in the territory.
Candidate Requirements
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in pharma sales (any therapy).
Experience in dermatology segment is an added advantage.
